Ciao ladies! I’m Monique Carmela, Founder of The Capo Boss and an American woman living in Italy!

Ever since I can remember, I have loved Italy. The food, the history, the energy, the people… it’s always spoken to something in my soul. The first time I visited in 2016, everywhere I went, it felt like home. It was a soul-calling. I cried on the plane, I didn’t want to leave! From that day on, I held the vision close and began co-creating my path to move. It took three and a half years, a whole lot of trust, and alignment, but I finally made it happen in 2021, right in the heart of a global pandemic. And now? Italy is home.

That same soul-calling led me to create The Capo Boss, a sacred space designed to empower and inspire women to co-create the lives they truly desire. I know what it’s like to feel the nudge, the dream, the vision, and I also know what it takes to bring it into reality.

We as women are natural givers. But somewhere along the way, we’re taught to sacrifice ourselves in the process. I believe that reclaiming our joy, our power, and our purpose begins with self-love, spiritual alignment, and intentional action. Manifestation isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a way of life when you remember who you are.
