Ciao ladies!
Many women are self-sacrificing. Women are innately nurturing, and we tend to take care of everyone else except ourselves. I really would like women to focus on taking care of themselves FIRST, especially women that are married and/or have children. It is not selfish to take care of yourself first, in fact, it is vital. You cannot give from an empty cup. Ask yourselves this: If you are not 100 percent, how can you possibly adequately take care of another person? Also, children watch their parents, so if you take care of yourself well, you are teaching them to take care of themselves!
The old saying it takes a village to raise a child is true. If you need help, ask. You would be surprised how many people are willing to help! Taking care of someone that is entirely dependent on you is very taxing. It can be draining; it takes so much of your energy. So please, seek that village to help you, take the opportunity to enrich each other’s lives!
I strongly believe in the empowerment of women, no matter their position in life. Create the life that you desire, not what society dictates. I manifest whatever I need. We all have a spiritual team ready to assist us! They are ALWAYS ready. I call on them all, God/Source, Angel Guides, Spirit Guides and Ancestors. I ask and I receive. Always. Give it a try and BELIEVE!!!
